"Spoons" here refers to spoon theory, where a spoon is a metaphor for a unit of mental or physical energy. The framework acknowledges that energy and resources are finite, and that we are all working with different baselines. Everyone needs to expend spoons to get through the day. Some of us have so many we don't even think about it, but if you start with fewer spoons you are going to get depleted quicker.
The outside of this card reads "It's ok to be low on spoons", and the inside says "I got you". This sentiment is for when things are just so overwhelming, when chronic conditions flare or when acute circumstances crash down around you. It is about seeing someone who is struggling, and offering to help with the everyday work of being a human - whether that's doing the laundry or simply holding space for the exhaustion.
